Z-STAR DELTA were born on the road down under, during a 30 date Z-STAR Australian tour in 2015. Zee and Seb had some stripped back ‘acoustic’ shows in some smaller towns like Castlemaine, Newcastle and Yandina, where they discovered an even deeper musical chemistry, that led to a new sound, the birth of the Delta!

Australian blood literally pumps through the album. From The Bridge Hotel that was written during soundcheck at The Bridge Hotel in Castlemaine, to When You’re Man Don’t Come Home  created in a sweaty basement in Brisbane, with many of the tracks recorded in Geelong on a rare day off right the end of their grueling tour.

The duo returned to Australia this Spring with their first official Z-STAR DELTA tour, covering 27 venues and festivals (including Adelaide Fringe Festival, Noosa Surf Festival and Blue Mountains Music Festival). This tour saw the conception of even more songs – Memorabilia, Wonderland, Last Night I Saw The Devil – which will feature on Z-STAR DELTA’s first official release in 2017. Zee and Seb are hitting the studio this winter.
